Our amazing team of regulars and part-time volunteers are committed to helping YOUTH.  We take our convictions and turn them into action. Think you would be a good fit? Get in touch for more information!  Our current board is made up of an Elementary  School Administrator, a Local Attorney, a Former College Coach, and a local Minister, all of whom have experienced life lessons thru athletics and have a desire to help young people develop their future beyond athletics.

Starting from the donations of a single person, who desired to help youth athletes, our eyes were opened to the need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions. We want you to be a part of making us better than we are today, so that our youth will create a better tomorrow.

Helping youth athletes develop their character and social responsibility while simultaneously shaping their athletic future. Located in the Heart of the Arkansas Delta, there is significant need to inspire youth to embrace their true identity wand unleash their inner potential. Our programs help Northeast AR youth shape their values, while providing them with the tools, resources and support they need to evolve into confident leaders of tomorrow.
